Cook pasta following packet directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large non stick frypan over high heat. Add mince and cook stirring until browned. Add mushrooms and carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Raguletto Bolognese Sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
Lamb, pork or chicken mince can be used in this recipe.
