Cook pasta following packet directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large non stick frypan over high heat. Add mince and cook stirring until browned. Add mushrooms and carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Raguletto Red Wine & Garlic Bolognese Sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
Lamb, pork or chicken mince can be used in this recipe.
